There is a supermarket nearby and also a brewery which serves good food and beer! The owner was really helpful and friendly.helpful information and directions were given by email and text. Highly recommended. Have been to Amsterdam many times but the first experience of staying in an apartment. An experience that will be repeated. "
Carina Scheuring Germany (06/20/2011) "Very nice appartement with a great host in a lovely surrounding. We really enjoyed our trip here. We rent some bikes and it takes approx. 10 - 15 min by bike to reach the central station. For those arriving by car, I highly recommend the P+R Zeeburg I and II, that can be easily reached by Public Transport (approx. 10 - 15 min) and costs only € 8/day. "

The train nearby does not bother at all, since both bedrooms turn to the other side. Good connection with bus and tram to all the hotspots of Amsterdam. Food store nearby. We loved staying here and will definitely book this apartment again if we go back! Thanks for a nice stay!"
Colin Perry United Kingdom (04/07/2011) "Can't recommend this place enough. Stan the owner is a really great person and her apartment is immaculate. Very well located and a really nice place to be. Book it."
Tom Widdup Germany (11/29/2010) "We stayed in the beautiful flat at Cruquiuskade 267 in November and it was a great location from which to discover Amsterdam. The spacious and very comfortable flat, much bigger than any other I have seen in Amsterdam, was in a great location to enjoy the nearby city centre, the museums and zoo in the East and of course the Ijbrowery with its amazing beer in a historic windmill. The friendly owner gave us plenty of tips on things to do in the nearby area including the wonderful markets, museums and shopping streets just a stone's throw across the canal. The apartment has all of the facilitiesand luxuries needed to make it a home away from home and watching snow fall through the large glass windows was a highlight. "
