Leticia Cancho Spain (05/18/2011) "Absolutely perfect! Wonderful loft, as shown in photos and video. It is so bright, you can see the canal from the bed and the house-boats. It is totally well located.. going to the left you get the Centre in a few minutes... and going to the Right ...you get to adventure! The owner flatters you with cookies, muffins, coffee, tea. Hairdryer, bottle openers, adapter plug .. The house-woman speaks Spanish. An amazing place for your holidays, there´s no doubt! Absolutamente perfecto! Maravilloso loft, igual que en las fotos y el video. Es muy luminoso, se puede ver el canal desde la cama y los barcos-casa. Está genial situado ... yendo a la izquierda llegas al Centro en pocos minutos ... y si vas a la derecha ...a la aventura! El propietario te obsequia con galletas, magdalenas, café, té. Secador de pelo, abrebotellas, adaptador .. La señora de la casa habla español. Un lugar maravilloso para tus vacaciones, no hay duda!"

Plenty of eateries and bars within a few minutes walk. The room is of good size, nice and clean, comfortable with a shower wet room. We only met the owner briefly who was very welcoming and friendly and offered his advice on Amsterdam should we need it. All in all this was ideal for what we needed and Amsterdam is a beautiful and fun city!"

joshua Blau (05/04/2011) "We immediately found our apartment as soon as we arrived, due to a map and information, which were courtesy sent us by CityMundo. The first impression was "wow! it's better than on the pictures!" -) A cozy, very well decorated room, comfortable bed, fridge, microwave, kettle and of course those delicious chocolate eggs and fruit which we noticed on the table -), Wi-fi , which was very actual for us. The bathroom is very clean and modern, but a little bit small. We couldn't imagine a better location. The apartment is placed in the city center, in the most beautiful and bright district - Jordan, with a lot of cafes and bars around and in close proximity of Boathouse where we could rent bicycles (also if you need you can find a guide or canal cruise service there). Not to mention, there are Anne Frank museum and The Westerkerk church with amazing melodies every hour almost in front of the apartment. And of course we can not fail to mention the hospitality of the host, who kindly helped us in finding the needed information about the city. Thank you! "

Owner very helpful and lots of nice thoughtful touches i.e flowers, bowl of fruit, tea coffee and biscuits. Also a selection of useful toiletries. Lovely area would stay here again, good value for money. Also there was no time limit on the day we left, which was much appreciated."

The owner is very friendly and met us as arranged, he suggested places for breakfast and an excellent thai restaurant in the Jordaan area which was fantasic. I love the peacefulness and leafy canal streets of Amsterdam and this location is perfect for that . A bustling food market just a short stroll away for lovely picnic lunches. A bar next door for a lovely lunch too. The room was immaculate and nicely decorated - even a bottle opener, umberella, hairdryer, toletries and snacks were laid on. Owner also let us check out a few hours later than advertised so we did not have to move our luggage until it was time to go to the airport. We would stay here again and definitly reccommend both this room and city mundo to anyone going to Amsterdam."
